Yeah, see if they're removable onto a white paper plate. In staring at it, that's a heck of a leaf(s), nonetheless! Ahhh, Nature...eg

It dosent come off it seems to be embedded in the leaf it sticks out. Mabe some weird insect.

If you never have, wait 'til you see the silvery pattern on the leaves of a FP plant in the patch - to me, it is an indication that it is doing well and is very unique. Thanks for discovering 'fat hairs' on a FP leaf. Maybe it's a new trait. Well, new to us, lol. eg

I've been growing FPs a lot longer than I have AGs and I've never seen this.
