We brought it home and have been growing ever since. It does well hanging outside by the BBQ area from April until October, and it overwinters on an inside window each year. Tuesday, March 24 View Page Any guesses on the seed family? I found it on a trail in Siesta Key, Florida last week. I am germinating it now and have no clue what it is... doesn't look like a palm tree. Edit - hole at the bottom is not a hole and part of the seed structure (pic is deceiving) Winner gets a high five.
