The first version of the BigPumpkins.com app for iOS is now available in the AppStore! It runs on iPhone, iPod and iPad. I will be posting more information about it soon.

Thank you for letting me test it out Ken. I have had it for awhile now and love it . It's easy to use and great to be able to access the message board or post to your diary where ever you are . Great job Ken.

Jos, We put in some placeholder translations for German and Spanish but they need to be done by someone who knows the language. On the first run the app needs to download some data, so give it some time. Email me the details of what your device is and I'll try and help you to get it running.

We will have to figure why it is crashing for some of you. I will have to write an email explaining how to retrieve the crash reports from your iTunes software.

Thanks Don for sending the crash report. We will look into it and see if we can figure this out. Once we get it to run on your devices, I think you are going to like it.

We submitted an update to Apple today. Hopefully it will be in the AppStore next week sometime. We added some bug fixes and some changes that hopefully fix the problems some of you were having with the app.

I posted some screen shots in my Grower Diary right from the app.

LOL! We are working on an Android version Owen!

We found the problem. It has to do with international date formats. The fix will be in version 1.2 which we will submit to Apple for review today.

Just some small bugs... Can't change from pounds to kg (or inches/cm) because the menu on the bottom is above the second option...

We are working on an Android version of the app. I don't have an estimate as to when it will be ready yet though. For now, you should be able to post to your diary from this new mobile diary page I am working on:

That page should work from Android phones, tablets, Mac computers, pretty much anything.
