It's happening to both of my computers at the same time. Is it because I now have 2 identities? Or does it have something to do with the Web-Cam?

All of a sudden, if I walk away from the computer for 20 minutes, come back & make a post, I have to log back in.

I haven't made any changes to cookies. I even check the dialouge box that asks if I want to stay logged on. But somehow I keep "unlogging" no matter what.

Is this just me or is it happening to others too?

it happened once to me the other day, but it's been fine since then, maybe just a fluke???

It's happening to me also. Some websites, and I'm not saying this one, do this to increase the amount of logon "hits"....sorta makes productivity seem higher.

Jeff's suggestion will probably clear it up.

We have a session time of 20 minutes, after which you will need to log on again. Since you have a cookie, this log on is supposed to be automatic. Since it isn't working properly, it is probably your cookie misbehaving.

I have absolutely no idea what a cookie is. The ones in the Winnie-The-Pooh jar or the Tupperware container?

By that I mean I don't know how to change them. This computer is being cool now. It's the little Thinkpad that's acting up. But don't sweat it. That one is my employers & the IS guys can help me fix it. Thanks for the advice!
