Mike does the Raffle end on the 8th and drawing on the 11th and if so what time is the drawing?

Yes ticket requests will end on the 8th (allows us to confirm payments and tickets) drawing on 11th. Time TBD, I am working around kids basketball tournament that hasn't set their time yet once they do we will get a drawing time set and we will post here and on our facebook page.
