Weigh off season coming up... its coming!

Question for the hierarchy, is there a need for new folks to step up as judges? Also, is there a video or tutorial on properly tying the knots and moving the kins at the weigh off?

I feel like I am never truly ready when they call for volunteers to help out...

Maybe those are club level questions, and maybe the gpc needs to tread carefully about offering "official advice". Understood.

One way or another, it would be super helpful to think about various concerns prior to attending the weigh off... my mind is always fried by the time I make it to the weigh off.

We're always looking for more help. Reach out to some of the local clubs and weigh offs in your area and they'll find something fun for you to do!:) I know we appreciate anyone who offers to help.
Its always fun being part of the weigh off, even if you don't have a fruit like myself this year.

Weigh off time is a fun time of year! The GPC site has all the info you need or just calling your local rep,, they can get you the info.

& Congrats to Materdoc on his 1,099 lb. Indiana State Fair win. I can feel weigh off season in my bones and I can smell it in the air!!! I'm being weird, I know!!!
