That is a nice looking pumpkin, I wouldn't be too concerned about the deep set blossom end. The pumpkin's flesh is really thin there but I haven't seen any evidence in my growing experience that those with the deep blossom scars are any more likely to split than any other pumpkin. Usually it's the one you are not expecting to split that does LOL. Also as for the rot on your leaf stalk I am not sure what causes it. I get it in my patch too. I think it is mostly a product of heat and humidity. These things just seem to want to rot as they are mostly water. Just cut it off, and keep an eye out up and down the plant rot loves to spread from the areas that it starts.

From what Ive seen, the deep set blossom ends are a good, stable pumpkin shape. Knock on wood, she looks good.
