I’ve seen a lot of people saying foliar spraying ages leaves faster. Is this only for synthetics or does foliar spraying things like kelp or Humic/fulvic also do this?

everything ages the leaves faster like rain , dew,
over head watering, folier feeding , spraying for bugs

My advice is stay away from macro nutrients NPK, they cant be absorbed at at high enough rate to make a differnce. Stay with micros but only if needed.
