Can someone explain how you go about bidding on seeds through Big Pumpkins.com. Do you go under the Barnesville Auction on the left side where the chat rooms are? And what happens & how do you bid once your there? I appriciate any info on this, Thank you!

John- one of the chat rooms is renamed as the auction (will be full of people). Hop in, the club will announce a seed, and you bod in 5$ intervals usually starting at 15$ and go till someone wins. Some times there are 2 or 3 of the same lot, winner has option to buy all at that price, runner up wins any declined lots etc.

cjb, so just click on the auction and than you can start bidding after they announce a seed. When you click on auction there is nothing else to do other than bid? Just want to make sure I'm ready and know what to do.

For the live auction, that's more or less it. Open the PDFs provided by the clubs (found at the link below when they're available). If you win a lot, you always need to email some information to the club and pay--details should be in the PDF.

Now when you win a lot do you email them your info right after winning that lot or at the end of auction. If you have to do it at the end of the lot and your interested in the next lot how do you juggle that one?

Most clubs will wait until the end of the full auction. I always state e-mailing information immediately, but actually mean immediately AFTER the auction.
