Can someone tell me why I'm seeing roots break the surface out away from stump? Ground is moist. Please see photo on my growers diary on the 1002 Ailts. This is also happening on the 704 Ailts. Don't see it happening on 692 Ailts. I just put more soil on top. Thanks.

Normal. I try and throw more soil on top of them.

As long as the surface soil stays consistently moist the roots can come right to the surface.
