Anyone using it as a drench? what rates are you using

I was not aware that it could be used as a drench. I did a little research on the net and found that rose growers can use it as a drench for black spot. I would be a little nervous to do that on the pumpkins as I have seen eagle cause the pumpkin's vine tips to curl up and then they are more apt to split after an application.

Fertilome instructions say it can be used as a drench for flower beds
Roses: 2 fl. oz. (4 tbsp) in 1 quart of water treats 1 plant Flower Beds: 2 fl. oz. (4 tbsp) in 2 gallons of water treats 12 sq. ft. Azaleas, Camellias, Rhododendrons, and other shrubs: 1 fl. oz, (2 tbsp) in 1 quart of water per foot of plant height
