I just applied seven grub killer I use it every year to kill the squash bugs before they come out of the ground. It normally works very well I used to get a ton of vine borers but now I get 0. I was just wondering does this kill the good bacteria in the soil or harm the soil? The ingredients are Zeta-Cypermethrin*........................0.029% Bifenthrin** .

I just looked it up and it doesn’t seem like it kills bacteria. Is this true? I went it scraped it off the area where my plant roots would be just in case

Anytime I spray or drench a chemical like this or something else, I follow it up with biological drench or spray the following week.:) Keep those good guys doing their job!
