I installed Zoom and registered with the GPC, and once I had shut off everything last night, today, I went to my Programs list, hit 'Zoom/Start Zoom' and at some point went to my 'Registration Success' page in my Chrome History and clicked on that monsterous link and then the Convention appeared. I hope you get it during the Break right now---eric g
