Daughter Ayla standing next to the garden. The tall amaranth is an unknown variety that self-sown in the back of the garden. Plant is about 17 feet tall. Looks like a cross between giant amaranth and some ornamental amaranth. Tall corn on the left is a Olotillo-Tuxpeno. Tall corn on the right is Olotillo. There are also some sorghum in bloom on the right. The red amaranth on the left has a head approximately 3 feet long.
