Went over to Jesse's house this weekend and took some pics of the giant amaranth (amaranthus australis). It's still only ~15 ft. tall, but the stem keeps getting bigger. It's one inch shy of 4 ft. in circumference, and it shows no signs of slowing down. I predicted it would make 50 inches by the end of the year. Now I'm thinking it's going to make at least 60 inches by the end of the year. It's amazing to see an annual grow this much.
