This photo is of underdeveloped leaves on my neighbors pumpkin. The plants originally looked great, but now is not making good leaves on mains. Jim does not use any herbicides, very little insecticides, no fungicides. He overhead waters a lot, uses MiracleGro and fish fertilizer. Do you know what this is?
