Country Boy: I split up today's update into three separate posts, so check out the two posts just before this one for all the amendments I tilled in.
Howard: I used the free manure fertilizer a couple years back, but the weeds it brought with it was too much to try it again. Not sure on the breed, they belong to my neighbor, I'll have to check with them next time I see them. Thanks!

OK thanks, thinking a beef breed 'Red Angus' perhaps? But hard to say these days with all the cross breeding.
