It is Charlotte Pipe 3/4-in Schedule 40 PVC Pipe at Lowes it is $6.54 for a 10 footer. I use these: Staples Large Binder Clips, 1" Capacity, Black, 12 Clips/Pack (10669-CC) $8.69 from Staples to hold poly on.
