Sorry man, that sucks. Sometimes it seems to me at least, these things test your last nerve. Dont get mad get even. Last year I soaked cloths line in my old hot sauce and then looped it around my kin. Then I have got my official Red Rider carbine action 200 shot model air rife....

Kevin, I've seen squirrels do that. Do you have many around?

I’ve got squirrels for sure. Got one last week. Two more showed up. The crimson clover crop that hasn’t been tilled yet is like squirrel candy.

Get a squirrel trap, a small animal trap from your local hardware store. I catch at least one a week and they keep coming like rats with fluffy tails . Hang a walnut behind the weight loaded trip plate, when they see that nut they will forget all about your pumpkin vines and go for that instead and BAM - caught!. Also drop some unshelled peanuts covered in a bit of peanut butter on the pressure trip plate. Set to highest sensitivity possible.

Thanks Mike! I’ve got a couple different squirrel traps. Good suggestion on how to bait them.
