It looks like the vine buds in the leaf axils are still alive if you want you could let those grow out and it would make a new plant.

Yeah, no undoing required! I would saw off the dead leaves and their stalks and pretend like a main vine got broken off. Inside of a week, progress there can be kinda dramatic. eg

Agree with bigmoon they could survive. I think in cases like this its best to leave the stalks as they are a good energy and nutrient reserve, and they themselves can act as leaves. Any healthy buds that remain should develop readily.

Thanks for the support, but i think it would set the plants back to much. I did replace them, because i had plants left.
