Had a grower show up at our weigh off few years back, brought his 1400 lb plus pumpkin on a trailer 2 hour drive or so. So here it is on a pallet and sitting in the middle no straps, cushion etc in front or back of it??? I just took deep breath and said to him you're some lucky that made it here in one piece! Needless to say we packed it good for his drive home. |
