It is really nice to grow a good one from your own seed. Most of my personal bests in several categories have all been off my own seeds. I think there is something to it. I am not sure why this happen though.

Very nice well John! Yes there is something to grow your own seed and/or seed produced in area. It is accustomed and adapts to your environment, etc. I said long ago the Rhode Island, Ohio and Pacific Northwest growers for example figured that out. Now you see it with Southern growers and their success lately. Unless of course you have a 2365 Wolf, 1885 Werner, etc seed? lol
