I know it says adequate but you could try adding a bit of iron as well... probably the chelated foliar stuff, otherwise in the soil it might bind up even more phosphorus? (I dont know that for sure.)

I think you'll start to see improvements in your plant soon, or at least in the pumpkin growth.
