Jamie, if it is a good genetic cross, maybe it would be a good idea not to leave it for a long time, but the seeds will germinate, if the air has entered.

Hi Ruben, it's just a self pollination - however I also don't have many 1832.5 seeds left so a self may be desirable to keep the genetics. I'm thinking about harvesting it early though. A fresher pumpkin is more pleasant to clean up than a rotting one!
