I know the lower bit looks like downy mildew but in this case its more sunburn closely mimicking a disease.
You can see the unburned parts are perfectly healthy, and the damage is not spreading as a disease would.
The resemblance is certainly unnerving though. Some growers would cut off any damaged leaf, but I dont think the plant cares. There's almost zero disease pressure at the moment, so the damage wont be an entry point for disease... Not for another month or more.
