Matt thanks for posting. I used the Clonex in previous seasons and had some fairly significant vine malformation as a result. Do you experience this?

Some growers do say they get "curly vines" the day after application. I have seen this on some rare occasions, but typically by later in the day or the following day things correct themselves and the plant goes back to looking normal. With the increased rooting the short term oddity is just that short term, but the rooting is a full season benefit.
You can see in the previous post that I only use a big drop at the node so with hormones it is certainly something you do not want to over apply.
