Will you be using insect screening over the vents? I tried to look at the article but it won't let me have access. Nice work, everything you do :)

In this case, since this cold frame is inside the larger high tunnel and the high tunnel has insect netting over the vents this would not be necessary. See the large boxes on the ends of the larger structure in this diary posting...

Also, the article is not fully viewable, but the key aspects are covered in the abstract. Full articles are the goal to include but due to copyright issues some are publicly restricted. Some libraries can get you the unrestricted view, but this is only when the details are needed.
It takes time to compile the information, organize it and provide links so it is nice to know the time is appreciated. With most of the information online it seems the #1 goal is to be "first" and not necessarily "accurate"... good things come to those who wait;-)

Thanks for this, much appreciated. What I really want is a mechanism by which the greenhouse doors can be opened/closed according to temperature ie open when hot and closed when cold. If anyone can figure that out, you can :)
