Interested to know what those pipes are lined up along the side?

I have weeping tile buried underneath the soil.I circulate air from one side to the other side warming the soil. At night it will turn on and use the warm soil to heat the air,, later in season of course. Right now its cooling the daytime air because its just above freezing at pipe depth. I have a styrofoam insulation layer in between the pipe layer and the growing layer. I have a hydronic heating pipe on top of the insulation in case i need to keep the soil warmer than it is now…
