Yeah I think the older seeds deserve a handicap. If you really want to analyze things to the max, then a 2nd list ranking the roots...
I'm in favor of runty plants being given a chance, because sometimes they do end up being the best. Sometimes its more art than science.

Yes, I agree the older seeds tend to take longer to germ and initially have less vigor. The 5.95 and 5.85 will def' make the cut for planting due to their proven lineage and scarcity.
