Looks beautiful! Is there still gas when the flowers haven't started flowering? I've always wonder this. There probably is just not as strong?

I've tilled a few at this point and always wondered?

My guess is that the gas concentration may be a bit less if you knock mustard down this young. I could smell a pungent odor and started feeling a bit light-headed by the time I was done, so I figure I got a pretty good dose myself...
