I dunno what let loose in the wind for you butt I think the rounder, maybe older GH to the left is slightly better made in how many side ribs it has going lengthwise from end to end. My first endeavor would be to attach either high-strength wire such as antenna guy wire to the end adjacent to the 'rounder' GH and 'string it along' to the other end, wrapping it around the pipes onto the OUTSIDE of them to help prevent air pockets and once at the far right end, here, fed down through perhaps an attachable piping u-bolt clamp that in the end, can result in a reasonably-taut way to help keep the plastic from creating air pockets that eventually stretch and tear the plastic, or give the wind much more 'bite'. The other alternative is to ultimately install one more row of the longitudinal struts at the same heights of the other GH. I would not use the spring clamps to secure the plastic >>>other than at the ends<<< and yet would use lots more of them. Each side clamp is a pinch point that eventually will pinch more than an inch. Lastly, guy wires from the topmost point at each end to the ground in both directions to the GH end corners and ground-anchored to the MAX would be good. Guy on NOVA just mentioned 150-mph winds for whatever coral reefs they're trying to save. It COULD be worse, I guess, lol! eg
