Hi FP growers, I have seeds from the UK record 181 Young. I see that it has only one recorded offspring. I worry about the fact thst it was an open pollination, because I know many UK growers like marrows, and I don't want a fp/marrow. Does anyone know anything about this seed?

this was found from the St. Croix Growers' Association 'Find a Local Club' page - it is the Finnish weighoff site of the 80.2 Laura Pirhonen grown from the 181.9 Young and selfed:
http://www.jattikasvisyhdistys.fi/2015-08-22-04-36-00/2015-08-22-04-42-38/sm-punnitus-2020-tulokset
be sure to allow the page to translate up at the top right and it is almost EXACTLY at the middle of the entire page from top-to-bottom;
i am thinking that the growers of the 181.9 would also have to be contacted to see IF they grew marrows and how far they are FROM any if NOT, (they look like reasonable fellows - just say "I'm Cindy Tobeck" and you're in, lol) and also >>>>>if the 181.9 GREW a MarKin/Farrow/ or any other 'undesirable' offspring, would they have allowed it to be the official #1 pumpkin FP at the Finnish Weighoff? hmmm... just another point of reference for you. Judging by the 181.9 on the truck??? OMG!!! They are becoming very impressive - and I'd better get on board in '21. eg

Cindy did you grow the 181 young? I have it planted and the plant is very healthy but very bushy, does not vine like my other field pumpkins I have planted. Curious if similar characteristics are being shown by others growing this seed. I will grow it out and see what the fruit does, nothing pollinated yet.
