Hi there
I've been given a site which measures around 900-1000 sq ft.
I'd like to grow something at least 800 lbs, 1000 lbs would be better though.
How much space would be recommended per plant/how many plants should I plant in this space to optimise my chances.
Regards

is this a field pumpkin or an Atlantic Giant? apparently, 300 SF is appropriate for FPs:

soooo. 3 x (15'w x 20'l) for FPs and if one of each then i would scrunch the FP before the AG so maybe 1 x 250 SF plus 1 x 750 SF for the AG. opinions will vary, no doubt, lol---eg

I'll be growing Atlantic Giants, I have heard that some enthusiasts will put aside 1000 SF for plants, I was thinking about doing that but I want to grow a couple at least, I can guarantee a minimum of about 400 SF per plant.

I grew two fruit (1166.25 and 1033) in 800 square feet. I would say 1500 lbs is possible in 1000 sq ft.
