It was a rough morning. Went out to do some weeding and vine culling and found orange dust on every stump. I cut and pulled all of the stumps and inspected the vine ends before picking the best 8 to replant. Hoping that all the secondary roots will support the vines.

It's my first year. I'm learning. They took a beating from the massive rain last night and the heat today. It's not looking good.

I went ahead and cut the stumps to get that infected tissue away. I'm hoping they will survive with the secondary root structure. What systemic should I look for? Something I can find at the local hardware or big box store?

I did get sevin dust when I went out to get more fence posts to expand the shade netting today. That has been put out.
