Back after a few years off from severe back pain, to surgery, which helped a lot. Then, this May full-blown heart attack and bypass surgery. Had already planted eating tomatoes and seeded 12 giant variety plants prior to heart attack on June 3. After a couple of weeks I weeded the first two giant plants, next day 5 etc. Much better shape and already to grow next year. I have kept up on this site but just started growing back this year. I grew a 4.3 lb. Canadian tomato in 2005. I have a lot of catching up and more experience to even try keeping up with you guys/gals.
I will soon post a couple pics of my now C grower Giant experience, pruning etc.
I grew tomatoes most of my life, grandpa taught. Tried when Zacs came out and grew 3.25 first grow. I just wanted to share and learn from tremendous growers!! Thanks ALL.
