I would weigh it on a certified scale. Also harvest when it starts to turn red rather than wait until deep red. for 6 years I had a big tomato and every tomato would get to the day of harvest and something would happen. This year I harvested when it was reddish orange and as a result finally got a non-damaged fruit.

You can do both... weigh it in the GPC virtual weigh off and then get our your Bacon, Lettuce and Mayo! Rules for the contest are on the GPC Info page on this site. That is a nice looking tomato and the young blossom has big potential. Not sure if your screen name was taken before.. the presidential Candidate has been in the basement and don't think he is growing this year.

They are good eating. Let ripen and then cut the catface parts off... unless you used something toxic to grow it. Applied lead to your soil, maybe.

I dunno about winning anything, but a 4.625 pounder isn't to shabby, so entering it in the early weigh off will be good for showing it off. I would be really excited if I had something that size, as my PB is only 1.1 pounds.
Congrats! Hope you get something else good!

Neck breather. Down exactly 20 subject lines on this tomato forum it has the link to enter a tomato online. It costs nothing but a few minutes of your time. Here is the link also; https://gpc1.org/about/rules/tomato-rules-and-forms/
