I am ready to take on team slammer and I am looking for teammates!!! Might have an awesome 'c' grower already. How about a B-B-C Team? Whats the plan guys... I know team slammer gave you the beat down but... does anyone out there have a bit of fight left in them?

unfortunately...team slammer now is AAC. I have looked at the spreadsheets that Zeke sent out. I not in the team competition, but am wondering about the wisdom of keeping teams intact. I can see both benefit and problems.

I would be an A grower but last year had B results. If I were to recruit a team...I would think about Larry Hill (frostbite) and Cindy Tobeck (c2k).

I’m also wondering what kind of “dream teams” will try to take their best shot....team Slammer is unafraid

You are due for a good year bnot. You might like the guy dont know for sure if he is wants to be in yet. So could there be a straight up A-A-A team this year?

I can't recall the criteria for being an A,B or C grower. Can someone please remind me? And wasn't the original purpose of the contest supposed to be an A grower helping a B and C grower improve, sort of like mentoring? And wasn't the A grower supposed to enter a drafting process to obtain his or her B and C grower for the team? And if that is the case, how can there be permanent teams? Just sayin...maybe the criteria for who is an A,B or C grower should depend on the previous year's results? Or maybe not. Tiger Woods used to be an A player but not any more.

Team Canuckle Heads

There were 45 people in last year Marv. The top 15 PB were "A" growers. The bottom 15 were "C". Middle were "B"

Draft is the same as last year...open division is for those that have something to prove...only pays first place though

I am actually liking the open division option. Sent my first email today. I think Team Slammer only qualifies for open division. It is no longer ABC. Who cares about prize fund...team slammer is going down in 2020.

I think I missed an email the open division is for individual growers? And it would be cool to have an A-A-A team or a B-B-B team. . . Underdogs who want to fight for it... could work. I dont know if maybe the C growers could be competitive if they were allowed a larger team? Cough cough. . .sniffle. Oh man who let me into the building geez. Get this guy outta here!!!

I am planning to concentrate on the 5 gallon bucket contest this coming season. I have not grown anything of note for about 5 years now. The weather has been horrible. I am in a huge hole and don't want to drag anyone down with me. I had a Porkchop Voodoo Doll made and so Porkchop can forget it for this year. Every time he says anything negative about me here, I stick another pin in it and his tomato loses a pound. Pfffft...Just saying.
