From what I looked up it is 4.03 lb if I grew one larger how would I get it recognizes my tomato being a state record

I would think you have to have it weighed and documented on a certified scale like a store scale. Follow the GPC rules for weighing a tomato on the GPC website. Also, if you weigh your tomato at a weigh-off. This website has tomato info for state records and more:

Sometimes the info is slow to be put in but you can put it in yourself on that website.
