Megablooms do get much larger. That could be a small megabloom with two fused? But either way I would personally let the plant keep growing. It's only been in the ground two weeks? Give it more time to get itself established. The next trusses might show something the same or larger. This year I am letting my first sucker branches grow out from the sides. Last year their first trusses had larger megablooms that the main stem plus the plant is usually much larger. Half my 4 pounders + came from megablooms from the first suckers. I will then trim down the rest of the plant so all energy goes into the pollinated flower. You have to support the branch though because it could easily snap off. This is me and this whole large tomato growing hobby is still an experiment! Your plants look good!

I would wait till it flowers before you make a decision to keep it or pick it off. It does look like a small double megabloom and i would probably pass on it too but no hurry to pick it before it flowers. It wont take away from the plant and sometimes they can suprize you !!!
