Hey, Q....look how much better the 4.38 bnot (Stillwater) is doing than the 5.22 Qtip (Gale Woods?). http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=285399 Has your friend decided on starting one for this winter yet. Midwest Hydro gave me some secret info.....

Don't feel bad Q, Br.. and Gr.. might slip a bit of info to me on Bogie. The workers at MH are really interested in extreme growing. I have been working on them to help push for some corporate sponsorship for the weigh offs. No way is that 5.22 going to beat the 4.38. This is the 2nd place vs 2nd place challenge....Go Chris Brown...i know you can get a monster from the 4.38.

Farmer Brown....looking at the 4.38...it looks like you need to back off on the watering just a bit..i am seeing tinges of purple, and the algae growth at the bottom of the stem..it looks like you have started the seedling in something that is really potent in nutrients. Might be a bit early for leaf curl up. If it was me..I would use straight water for a bit...and only when it seems really dry. Of course..I don't know what I am doing...you might do best doing opposite what I suggest.

Yea I’m going to pot them up tonight, I feel like I’ve been drowning them. I did plant seeds at the same time so we’ll see, I do have a Qtip plant blossom in my hydro that just might have taken, I’ll investigate over the next day or two and post a picture.
