How does this work?
Do I print out the form,fill it out,then scan it?
Then do I email it along with the photo?
All I have is a tablet and smartphone.

I fill it out...take pic w phone and email pic ...not sure of the address off hand...I take pics of MATER in a few positions on a certified scale ...I think I send those too...

make sure you and a couple of witnesses sign the form. good to have witnesses in picture to.

I grow giant melons.
This has been my first year with giant tomatoes.
I don't think I will have anything much over a couple of pounds but,
