I'm starting to get a few clusters of flowers on a couple plants. They are 7-9 inches from the ground. Do you recommend to cut off the clusters or does it matter? I just don't know how much energy the flowers would take away from the actual plant growing. The plants right now are still pretty small. Thank you and good luck!

Don't know either but trying a few low down. If you look at Dan McCoy's video of his 8.41 lber and a couple of others, they are barely a foot off the ground. I'm sure there are a lot of factors that cause the plant to want to grow higher and abort the fruit, or grow low and go with what it has. I planted many this year to experiment with just that.
