Maybe if you dont have seeds yet from one of these winter crosses, it might be better to type..." I want to be involved".
Try emailing to see if any seeds are still available.

This contest is more than just trying to win with the biggest. We can evaluate growth characteristics and share knowledge of what is good and bad with them. Hopefully one of us grows the seed out to show the potential of size. I am impressed with wixom-grower(chris) that he managed to get 3 crosses done over the winter.

Three of the Slammers each have a 2 fused, about knee high. The Megadom as a 2 fused also. Both not opened yet. Applied some Dunkels and will hold out for something bigger.

Porkchop, I will get some photos up Saturday or Sunday since I'm away from the garden right now. I do have some Domingo blooms right now and they don't look like those. I would say the Slammer plants and blooms look just like the 7.05 Big Zacs of yours in growing. The Domingo's I'm growing are defnately in a class by themselves wanting to be huge plants.

After putting some Dunkels on my plants, and a few days later, my Slammer plants have the same rounded blooms like the Domingo's are putting out. So I changed my opinion that the Slammer blooms looking like the 7.05's. I put some photo's of early blooms and comparisons on my diary.

interesting to me because the only Domingo that i ever grew was for this indoor cross pollination !!! so i really don't know myself what to look for in characteristics ??? looks like we may see a wide spectrum of things here ? cool !!!

you could abbreviate it 3C. I wish i had started the seed earlier. I have a spot picked out for the slammer, right between a domingo and a big zac. I wonder if I will be able to notice the differences.
