Is there a chart to estimate tomatoes? If there is, where do I find it?

I have been down this road and there isn't one. The bottom line is the bigger the diameter the tomato, the heavier it weighs! Too many variables including megablooms that grow every which way and not enough, or any, tracking and research by like in pumpkins. For me 22"-24" in diameter, 3-4 megabloom, is around 4-5 lbs.

Seamfaster has made a good chart using plenty of tomatoes datas. 3 dimensions to get a better estimation.

In the vast majority of cases, the 3 CC formula estimates within 10% of actual weight. Deep lobing, hollow seed locules, etc. obviously create challenges.

I've done the water displacement method as well. In theory, this should be even more accurate. But it is much more difficult and time consuming, especially if the tomato is still attached to the vine. And if not attached, what's the point then, as it's time to just put it on the scales!
