This is my first year growing Carolina cross watermelon I would like to Know do I bury the vines. Will the send down roots like the AGs do and should I prun off certain vines

no and no. there is not enough research by competent growers to to see if there is any adntage in either best to let the plants be is the best advice i have gotten from experenced growers. culling of excess fruits is another matter.
