Those plants look good...keep your eyes open for signs of GSB. GSB on these plants shows itself early with little brown legions on the ends of the cotyledon of the watermelon. If you ever see any sign of GSB you can feel free to contact me and I can help you greatly reduce the odds of it happening again. Also, the squash rootstock show (in studies) the highest amount of vigor compared to others. If you would like some let me know. Good luck and hope you crush the scales!

If I had to make a bet on who will grow the largest melon in the country next year, I would have to go with Frank. Excellent job Frank. And I do think gourd roots are the way to go.
