No snow here! Memphis area seems to have gotten it prety good but that's nearly as far from me as you are. Ours was all rain, 2.25 in. Pond came up 3 ft but it still needs 4" before it will be full and ready for next years irrigation.

I love Snow, and the colder the better I hope we hit 20 below this year.Havent seen 20 below since the late 70s when I ran a chair lift at a ski resort.I remember thats where I was when John Lennon was shot & killed. The cold kills the diseases.Pray for cold fellas.lol

Would love to trade , at least for 1 good snow storm. I love watching it snow, but it always seem to do so here at night. I want a good 8-10 during the day and cold enough so that it doesn't melt ! The winters of 76-77, & 77-78 when i was in high school spoiled me.

smoky mtn, yes I also love to watch it come down, but that's it, don't stick, don't stay.
Snow for Christmas, then go away !
One year we had not had snow for a long time and it was getting close to Christmas, didn't think we would get any, went to mid night mass, came out and witness one of the most beautiful snow fall I remember ever seeing.

Owensboro, Ky.

Two quick snow stories that I will never forget...during elementary school years, I lived in Tulsa, OK 1 inch of snow with continued cold temps, had Tulsa's road equipment crew at hard labor, shoveling sand out of the back pickup trucks!!!! LOL School was off for the week!!! Loved it!!! #2, last year in Michigan a foot an a half on new years eve, and at least 4" per day for the next twelve days!!!! So glad I live in Ky, now!!! LOL Peace, Wayne
