I pollinated my 255 Mitchell on July 1st!!Just like Mom!Is there any other July 1st out there?I crossed it with the 239 Leonard!What crosses are out there on the 255??

255 x open here.It was mid July and it was the only melon on the plant to take.I tried several hand pollinations on this one. It's a very short but fat melon.

I just wanted to know how many July 1sT babys are out there?? any size??If you have a 255 give pollination date!No time breathe Jake!Theres melons to grow!!LOL

I had a 255 X 113 Kent. Stem and stump didn't look good, and didn't think it would get to 200 so I pulled the plant at about 150lbs. The 255 is a great seed very proven.
