Oh well Flipper did not make it! I will post pic sometime in the the next couple days....Whats his name and I had to cut it off last night.... (the Melon)...I was o nly 100 lbs less than my best! oh well!!! melons are made to be brokeN! (records)

Too bad MS Janet. At least it wasn't a monster sized melon that quit on you guys.The season is very young.I am sure some of the others still have lots of pounds to gain.Here's Chris a chance to step up & console you by letting you pick a nice one of his to take over care of. :-)

Everyone out here thinks my 150 poundish melon is huge except me :(.Can't even eat the darn thing because it's not ripe!

230 kent now becomes the 159 kent 11 Finals are straight length = 30.5 , girth = 56.5 , SS=41.5 , EE=51.5 , CIR=79.5 OTT=172.5 OR 149 LBS EST Actual weight = 159 so 10 lbs heavy !

LOL but its more fun FlippN your Melons!!!!!..... I think I may many mistakes whats his name could name them for sure! On of the biggie I made is not keeping up with weeds. I didn't losten to whats his name much either:))

Not sure but the flipping may have had something to do with it. It kept trying to grow like it was still in the position before flipping, so something may have gone wrong inside. The blossem end turned yellow.
