can someome explain how you go about measuring the watermelons to determine the weight. I am sure it is on here somewhere just havent found it yet and what does going heavy or light mean as for as a percentage.

Go to GVGO.ca Click on Jane Hunts Watermelon then click on estimate chart. You can copy chart. Take 3 measurements1.Side to side, ground to ground at largest point.(about middle of melon)2. End to end across stem to blossom also ground to ground & 3. circumference, Horizontal around mid section stem to blossom end & back to stem again his will be your largest measurement. add all 3 OTT ck with chart,light is under weight chart estimate, heavy means it went over chart estimate.I hope this is clear for you.Its just like pumpkins you can find pics of this on line.
